Executive protection or close protection are terms describing security functions that most people relate to when they think of the role a bodyguard conducts. Executive protection has evolved, through training and knowledge, and consists of significantly higher levels of protection than what is commonly thought a bodyguard provides.
MDI believes executive protection is a highly skilled art that blends professional discreet security services, along with facilitating a client throughout daily activities. These functions are conducted while providing minimal, or no disturbance into the client’s privacy, while maintaining a safe secure environment.
A threat or concern an individual or company faces may change randomly or be intentionally modified. In order to maintain a secure environment, procedures must be monitored and adjusted to adapt as the threat or concern evolves and develops.
Executive protection at MDI focuses on a proactive/preventive method to eliminate or significantly reduce the risk of incidents that may consist of physical threats, embarrassment, and inconvenience to the client.
At MDI, we use the term executive protection instead of bodyguards or buddyguards. We like to think of ourselves as facilitators. We are there to ease every aspect or the principal's concerns.
